Short, because the app does little that needs governing: it runs on your device, collects nothing, and is yours to use.
The app
AgePony is provided free of charge for iPhone and Android. The application source is licensed under the Apache License 2.0; your use of the published binaries from the App Store and Google Play is also governed by those stores' standard terms.
No warranty
AgePony is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Encryption is a serious tool; you are responsible for keeping your own identities, passphrases, and backups. If you lose an identity or forget a note passphrase, the affected data cannot be recovered by anyone, including the developer.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any loss of data, loss of access, or other damages arising from use of the app. You assume responsibility for how you encrypt, sign, store, and share your files.
Acceptable use
Don't use AgePony to break the law where you live. Beyond that, what you encrypt and sign is your business — the app has no way to know and is built that way on purpose.
Changes
If these terms change materially, the "Last updated" date above will change with them.
